Meet Fiona Reid,

Fiona handles cases with the utmost sensitivity and neutrality. She aims to take the stress out of your separation and to focus on solutions rather than blame.
Fiona is an accredited specialist in family law, holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Family Law and is a Graduate Fellow of the College of Law.
Decades of family law expertise
She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and is a Doyle’s leading family lawyer. Fiona has practised exclusively in the Family Law Jurisdiction since 1999, running her own firm since 2006.
Fiona is nationally accredited as a mediator through the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators (AIFLAM) and is an AMDRAS Nationally Accredited Mediator. She is an accredited family dispute resolution practitioner and can issue s60i Certificates which are required before you can file proceedings in Court for parenting Orders.

While Fiona takes a neutral stance during your mediation and cannot provide you with legal advice, she is, if desired, happy to conduct an evaluative mediation providing each of you with her thoughts as to the likely outcome of the proceedings, were they to proceed to Court.
